The Cambridgeshire Baptism Index and IGI shows Thomas married to Mary. Thomas and Mary had the following children (all christened in Chesterton):

• Mary Leach, christened 11th August 1793

• Bathsheba Leach, christened 16th December 1798

• Harriet Leach , christened on 21st June 1801 (IGI)

• Thomas Leach, christened 8th January 1804 (IGI). Thomas married Mary Bell on 6th April 1822 (IGI) and had a son William Leach, christened 4th August 1822 (IGI). William appears in the 1841 census living with the Northfield family in Chesterton (a relative of the Northfields (Thomas Northfield) was the father of the illigitimate Mary Leach who was probably Williams's cousin). William was still living in Chesterton in the 1851 census but not with the Northfields. William does not appear in the 1881 census.
