Howard and Jill had three children:
- Steven Smith
, born 1962. Steven went to school at Churchfields school and Woodbridge school (formally St Barnabus) school. Steve was an apprentice toolmaker before becoming a volunteer worker for YFChrist in Brixton and the Midlands. Steve then attended Moorlands Bible College before working for Coventry YFC.
- Johanne Smith
, born 1965. Jo went to school at Churchfields school and Woodbridge school (formally St Barnabus) school.
Jo did an Art foundation Course at Newham before going to Exeter to become an Ocupational Therapist
- Mark Smith
, born 1970. Mark went to school at Churchfields school and Woodbridge school (formally St Barnabus) school, then B-Tech Sports & Business Studies at Farnborough, followed by a degree course at Hallam University, Sheffield. Mark then became assistant manager of the Redbridge Sports Centre, then events manager for British Land, Liverpool St,. Mark then did a world tour, including DTS YWAM Oxford, NZ.
